The tour is almost 100% flat and is a fairly easy journey for anyone with moderate fitness. Bestvthings: seeing Vietnamese people at work and meeting with them, our guide (Thom) who was furst class and meeting the rest of the group. Only one word of xaution: Vietnam roads are busy so just be ready for that before the tour reaches the countryside.”
